Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase for full refund or exchange, less shipping. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Contact with your request for refund or exchange, or call 626-607-6561 M-F 10am-6pm PST for further instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was shipped from our facility. It must also be in the original packaging, any and all safety seals intact and unbroken.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No refunds will be given for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or for any item that is returned more than 14 days after original date of purchase on receipt. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We suggest waiting a full 7-10 business days before you panic.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Crystals (if applicable)
Due to the uncertainty of inventory being damaged during shipment to which we cannot control. All sales are final on all crystal sales. No refunds nor exchanges will be provided on any crystal sales. 

Books (if applicable)
All sales are final on all book sales. No refunds nor exchanges will be provided on any book sales.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace qualified items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: Wellness World Shop, 784 Nogales Ave. UNIT. B. Walnut, CA 91789, United States.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item since the mail loses products every once in a while. We do apologize for this inconvenience.


If you wish to cancel your order, please call our Customer Service at 626-607-6561. Your cancellation must be made before your order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the same method of payment the order was originally charged.

If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the unopened package or send the unopened package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping costs (see Free Shipping and Cancelled Orders below), both to and from your delivery address. All cancellation refunds are processed within five business days. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Once a package has been opened, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. At this point, our standard returns policy applies.
